If it's not a 10 it's a 9.9. This bunk model is in excellent shape. Bunk room floorplan that sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Outdoor kitchen consists of storage cabinets, 2 burner cooktop with sink. Outside gas grill is also included that has never been taken out of the box. Tires replaced August of 2015 and a maintenance pack performed March of 2016. This Cougar is ready to go camping!!
