This trailer has a very popular floor plan. You won't find many on the market. It sleeps 10 and has a ton of room with the super slide out. Private main bed with tv that rotates into living room as well, lots of storage and separate pantry. The kids bunk house is perfect for them to get away and relax. It has three bunks , one that folds up for plenty of room when the kids want to sit at their own table and color. Included is a $400 towing hitch and stabilizer sway bars, a wrench for stabilizing jacks. It also comes with a $250 cover. We paid extra for the polar package that covers the bottom. There are blocks for leveling, two sewer hoses and sewer connections. The Cougar has two 7 gal. Propane tanks, 30amp cord, 6 gal hot water heater, outside BBQ that hooks to trailer propane, outside shower, and speakers, fridge that runs off propane or electric, bike rack with extra storage shelf, and spare tire.
