Great family travel trailer. We bought it new in 2012. Has tons of room with a separate room for kids and a room for the parents. Kids room has three separate bunks with a cub couch below that can be used for two more sleeping beds. Kids room also has own swing out flat screen TV, room also has slide out for the wardrobe. Parents room has a large queen size bed that you can walk around---the bed flips up for storage underneath. Main bedroom also has the flat screen that is shared with living room that turns around. Main living area is huge with a monster slide out. The table is a large u shaped that also doubles as more sleeping area if needed. Nice size couch in the living room with queen size air matress. Kitchen area has plenty of space and is extremely nice with all the amenities that one would need. Bathroom was also a selling point for us because of the size and the separate entrance with door. The shower is larger than most--the toilet is a real toilet and there is plenty of room for parents to bath your child and walk around. The whole travel trailer is loaded with storage space. Also has outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill that attaches to the rear bumper---I took the grill off but it does come with the camper.We own no pets and don't smoke! This travel trailer is very clean, smells clean and you cannot find a stain inside at all. We are very meticulous people and have cared for this camper as it should have been. I keep it underneath a large lean-to off my shop. I have been up on the roof yearly as per manufacture guidelines. Roof I believe has a 10 yr warranty and the side walls also are covered under warranty. There are no water leaks from the roof or sidewalks in this camper at all. I will include with sale a 12,000lb hitch made by Equalizer which is a 4 way weight distribution and sway controller. This is one of the best on the market and really makes a difference when you are driving down the highway. You really don't even feel the camper back there and there isn't any swerving into another lane due to the control this hitch gives you. This hitch cost $640.00 installed, so this is a nice bonus that I am including.There are some "minor" scratches on the outside lower area of the trailer but I would really have to point them out to you as my wife states they are hardly noticeable. I would rate this trailer as excellent condition. We only really used it two years out of the four that we owned it. You really need to look at it in person to appreciate it!!!!NADA Average value is $19,550. I was going to have the largest camping store in Chattanooga sell it on consignment and the salesman there said he valued it at $19,990 but was going to put a much higher sticker price on it. They wanted $6000 off the sales price to sell it...and the man was bragging to me that he just made $15,000 off of someone else. No wonder why I am not letting them sell it. Make me a reasonable offer and it it's yours! "Sold as is."

2012 Keystone Cougar 31SQB with 2 slide outs a front queen bedroom & a rear bunkhouse with 3 bunks, a 2nd entry door into the bathroom & an outside camp kitchen. This is a beautiful unit with large areas for kids. We have 3 boys and this layout and bunkhouse are amazing. The outdoor kitchen is multifunctional with sink and burners. There is tons of storage for extras. Unit includes 2 tvs, one in living/master and one in bunkhouse area. Unit is in excellent condition and needs no work at all. Only used 3-4 times per year for weekend trips.
