This trailer has been meticulously maintained and is exceptionally clean. I am the original owner and it has always been serviced at the dealership I bought it. The trailer has one main full slide in the living room and a smaller half wardrobe slide in rear bunk room. It has 15,000 BTU ducted a/c, power tongue jack, 19' power awning, two 30lbs propane tanks, and outside kitchen with BBQ that has never been used. It has front and rear holding tanks with a combined capacity of 60 gallons gray, and 30 gallons black. There is an exterior black tank flush and the underbelly is fully enclosed for cold weather.
