2010 Winnebago Sightseer model 35J. Workhorse W-22 Chassis w/ a Chevy 8.1L Vortec and Allison 6 spd. auto. on 22.5 Alcoa alloy wheels. 21,400 miles.This unit has dual slide-outs (each one w/ its own slide awning), one living & dining room slide and other for the bunk beds and master bedroom.Living room has a “Comfort Sofa Sleeper” that seats three or sleeps 2, a leather Euro recliner w/ an ottoman, and the Driver and Passenger seats can be swiveled around to add seating. Entertainment is provided on a large TV with in dash radio/CD/DVD player and auto seeking TracVision satellite (DirecTV or DISH subscription required). There is a digital antenna and cable hook ups for the campsite if you do not want to use satellite.Outside radio/CD player for your campsite entertainment and handheld shower.Kitchen comes w/ dual sink (filter installed on the tap), three burner stove/oven, a convection microwave, pantry, lots of top and bottom cabinets, and a large freezer/fridge unit. There is a dinette that sits four that can be converted to a bed and has under seat storage.Bunk beds have privacy curtains, lighting, and fold down DVD players. There is also an under bunk storage drawer that runs the whole length of the bunks.Bathroom has sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, and shower. Free bonus w/ this RV: hitch and trailer brake already installed, and tow dolly w/ two new tires (bought December 2016) is included!Great family layout, super clean interior, non-smoker, no pets, ready to travel. All maintenance performed regularly. Now the bad, full disclosure. The front right of the RV was hit while at storage, just some scrapes to the fiberglass, pic shows damage. I hit a mailbox with the rear right of the RV, cosmetic, pic shows damage. The house batteries (2) need to be replaced, we don’t dry camp so this has not been an issue for us. The outer layer of the patio awning has dry rotted, pictures show the damage. And yes, there was a leak (3 yrs ago), water damage to the rear inside of the RV wall was repaired. Water marks on the front windshield privacy curtain due to condensation. We are the original owners.
