"There is a hydraulic leak in the power pack for the slide outs but I plan to fix the leak. The rear door has no key and the combo for front door is unknown. The tires are as when I bought it - but I have a new set of tires (commercial grade) that can go with trailer. Front vinyl logo is bad." Rear Kitchen, 2 swivel rockers, sofa which folds out for bed with air mattress.  Flat screen TV, 2 way refrig, microwave, oven, 3 burner stove, a/c, heater, walk around bed, mirrored wardrobe.  Lots of storage, full pass through basement, 2000 watt inverter with remote on/off switch.  Inside meter that reads current battery voltage, amp draw, and charging input.  200 watts of Solar panels, charge controller and 2 12 volt deep cycle batteries.  LED Lighting throughout. Tires purchased in 2016.  Spare Tire, pull out tray on rear for additional cargo.  Ladder, tire covers for when in storage.  Day and Night Shades.  USB charging ports, even 2 outlets that work directly off the inverter.   Electric  Awning. This unit has all you need for full time camping. Everything works. I will not be able to run the A/C as I do not have a 30 amp plug at house.  It can only be shown by appointment as it is normally in storage out near Lake Las Vegas. Check the NADA guide. i lived in this rv for about 2 years in the brutal winters of north dakota and the heater and hot water kept up just fine .when the 3 slide outs are in place it is like a small apartment.everthing works as it needs to as it was my residence.it was kind of nice to come home to my own place with only other campers living around me in the rv park.i just bought a new battery for it, a deep cycle marine battery.the bed is queen size and was fine for me as i am 6' 2" and 250 lbs.and at my size the shower was adequate.i have moved back to vegas as i am tired of those brutal winters and no loger have a need for the rv.reasonable offers and some trades will be considered such as motorcycles or trucks,maybe a car.

Well maintained beautiful comfort at reduced price. 33 foot and 2 slides. NADA values this at over $25000 for average retail. We just dont use it enough.
