This trailer was purchased new in Chelsea,MI and was not used the first year (Display Model). It has traveled approx. 10,000 miles since we bought it and is now in storage in Tucson, AZ. We have added a washer drier combo. ,Trailair air ride hitch,Michlin heavy duty truck tires, power cord voltage protector for input power, and Directv Antenna with a tripod. Also we added a new 10000btu air conditioner over the bedroom area to enable use of this trailer here one summer. The toilet has been replaced with a Dometic brand, and other minor repairs as became necessary. The unit is ready to camp in right now complete with grill and eating/kitchen utensils. The trailer was only used one summer here in Tuscon otherwise in covered storage.
