This 2011 Keystone Cougar, model 27RLS, was purchased new by us on 5/19/2011. We have kept it covered in our backyard. It has only been used approximately 40-50 days/nights. It is very clean and well kept. You will be impressed with the excellent condition of the trailer. Unfortunately, we do not have time to use it. It is in better than new condition due to the extras we have added. Add-ons: - Electric tongue jack - Electric stabilizer jacks - Two new 6 volt batteries - An additional MaxAir vent cover (living room) - Fan-Tastic Ceiling Fan/Vent with Remote Control with exterior vent cover (bedroom) - 24" LCD HDTV/DVD Combo with full-motion wall mount (bedroom) - Under cabinet reading lights (bedroom) - Screen door cross bar handles to both exterior doors - LED lighting inside trailer - Tires filled with Nitrogen - ADCO trailer cover. We have maintained it in good working order. No known issues. We are non-smokers and we do not travel with children or pets.
