2011 Wildwood 37' 372REDS DLX Destination Trailer/camper for sale. The camper is in very good condition and very well maintained. Selling because my family has lost interest in camping after 5 years. I am looking to sell everything as a package which includes the camper, deck, 4 sheds (including most of the shed contents, MSRP was 34k. Blue book on this camper today (July 2016) is between $24-28k). LIVING ROOM - It has Double 12' sliders to make enormous living room area. "Fireplace" mantle wall. EXTERIOR- DECK AREA - Huge 16' roll out awning. Deck is 3 years ago (approx 8x32 with 2 sets of stairs with spring hinged gates. Deck primed and painted the deck with Behr deck paint. I am also including all the deck furniture and deck box (all around 2.5 years old and stored inside in the winter). Also, additional freezer included. LED rope lighting around the complete deck and awning. Hose bibs I installed at the deck front and rear. FIRE PIT AND EXTERIOR FURNITURE â€“ Large paver block firepit and swing chairs included.
