Great family RV in great shape. New tires last summer and new front brake pads last fall. Tons of storage under back bedroom. We stored 6 bikes and gear during our travels. Huge reliable V10 runs great. Two things: we removed the couch because it was poor quality. We will be replacing with a futon. Second, the electronic awning arm is bent, but works fine. Ideally want to sell June 15th, but willing to negotiate purchase beforehand.
