The trailer is in near perfect condition and has been very well maintained. It has been towed less than 800 miles. It is currently located at River Trail Crossing Campground located in Butler OH. Fees for the lot are paid up to the beginning of this coming camping season. The interior is pristine and has never been smoked in. The same goes for the exterior and the electric awning with the exception of a small ding in the molding on the right front corner of the trailer. It's ready to camp in and includes all the amenities of home.
