Tired of driving all over to look at junk. You will not be wasting your time with this 2010 Rockwood Roo 21ss hybrid trailer. Trailer is in great condition. Other than camping, trailer has been under an rv cover since coming off the lot. Well taken care of. Interior is perfect, no scratches, dents, fading, or holes. Exterior has a couple of scratches that are pictured but nothing that can see without trying to find it. Front motorized tongue jack has a cracked plastic housing but operates perfectly. Roof is perfect, no leaks. Has dual batteries, exterior gas connection for BBQ. Huge 13 foot slide out. Has two queen sized heated beds, plus dinette and jackknife couch. Sleeps 6 easily. Awning and pop out tents are perfect. Tires were purchased last summer and are good quality. Not the junkie ones. Probably the coolest aspect of this trailer is the rear bumper. Professionally engineered and installed rear bumper that was used to increase storage capacity. Bumper carried the largest truck bed box available with two bicycles on it. Easily holds 400 pounds. Trust me, you will not find another trailer with this bumper capacity. Weighs 4400lbs. My F150 easily pulls it.

This travel trailer is in mint condition. I have added several upgrades including 15" aluminum wheels (new 2015), power tongue jack w/hitch light (new 2015), porcelain toilet (new 2016). Both queen beds are 60x80, heated. Huge living room slide out! The AC unit is brand new as of (06/25/16). Yes, you read that correctly!! I have the plug in fans/lights for the fold down beds as well. A new AM/FM/DVD/CD/BLUE TOOTH/HDMI Radio (new 2015). Battery (new 2015). The trailer has an outside gas grill w/small table that connects directly to the side of the trailer.
