You are bidding on a 2012 Winnebago Journey 40U. We are the original owners. Non smokers and no pets. We have kept this coach in great condition. It has been serviced and maintained by only authorized dealers. We have all records of work done. The oil changes and chassis maintenance has always been done by Frieghtliner. The interior wood has been polished every 12 months. The leather couches have also been treated every 12 months. The interior looks almost brand new. There are 2 very small cracks in the Corian caused by the heat from the stove. The shower has been dried after every single use. The exterior has recently been compounded and waxed. The caulking around the roof skylights and vents has recently been replaced. The exterior has normal light scratches but no dings or dents. The bays are all spotless inside. All bay doors and lights work and have locks. The tires have good treads and no cracking on sidewalls. They have always been treated with Sun Bloc every 12 months and are always covered when not driving. They should last 3-5 more years.We will add a 60 day Good Sam Club full warrantee from the day you purchase this coach.
