This RV has been well taken care of. Super Low Milage due to favorite campgrounds only being a few miles away from us. RV has been covered between trips with Advo Cover on RV, and on Tires (Will Include in Purchase), it has a few holes in it from the latest winds, but still has a few more years of life on it ($500 value). We are non-smokers, no pets, the Table Bed has never been used for sleeping. The RV is in Perfect condition. No leaks, no damage, no nothing that I can think of to report that has ever had a problem, or needed to be fixed. So, why are we letting her go? Kids are getting older, and have started sports which takes up every weekend, and I do not want it to just sit there and waste away. I would rather pass it on to someone who is going to make memories in it, as I have for the past 3 years with it. No other reason than that.
