The RV had some peeling of decals throughout and some scratches on the front bumper otherwise outside had normal wear. The refrigerator/freezer does not work and needs to be replaced. The flip-up counter and bottom drawer in the kitchen broke and were removed. One scratch on the couch; otherwise, the furniture and cushions were in good shape. The roof was washed and checked this past spring and is in good shape with no issues. The Fuse is in very good condition. The engine and generator start right up, all systems operate as they should. The mattresses have been upgraded for your comfort. 2017 Winnebago Fuse model 23A.  Family/health issues force sale.  Just under 7k miles (had 1800 miles on it new when we bought it)  Its in like-new condition, kept under cover 80% of the time.  5-cylinder Ford turbo diesel, economical but powerful engine, 180hp, 385ft lbs torque.  Have gotten between 14.5-17.3 mpg (average about 15.5).  Drives like a van, much easier to maneuver than an "A-Class" motorhome, but still good size inside, lots of storage, and this model really has some terrific features not found in many motorhomes.  Has the optional solar-panel/battery charger, bike rack, 2 tvs.  Non-smoker owned, no kids or pets (its really pristine).  Clear title, ready to go.  Buy used from private party and save some $ on sales taxes, registration, dealer prep, etc.  To see a GREAT video about this particular model, visit www.lichtsinn.com - really great footage and see all the features.
