Microwave Double kitchen sink 2 door refrigerator/freezer Great kitchen cabinets Entertainment center w/ LCD TV and cd stereo (still has plastic on it) Replaced the outdoor speakers with a set of Fosgate speakers. Still have originals. Shower w/skylight and fan Medicine cabinet Power vent in bathroom Queen size bed Bedside tables New co2 detector Dining room table base: I remade the base using thicker material this sturdies up the wobbly table from the factory. Great bedroom cabinets Queen pull out sofa New xantrex freedom 458 inverter and all wiring, dealer installed, 1.5 years old. Tornado black tank clean out w/ exterior hose hookup. Dual 6v battery setup Slide greased regularly New tires Very well maintained mechanically. Outside stickers are fading/ peeling off. Inside main bed box has been reinforced and glued and nailed as factory mill work is junk as most of us know. This is much stronger and the sides aren't flopping around anymore. Nice and solid. A/C and heat have never been ran other than turning them on to keep them working. Unit comes with a 30amp surge guard unit. Also comes with dump hoses and rinse hoses and containers. Front side skirt has scratch/ small cut in metal, doesn't affect trailer function just cosmetics. Roof had a small repair done 3"x6" patch but has never leaked or peeled. $15,500.00
