Our Jayco is like new, we only used it four times, we are non smokers and we do have a dog. The murphy bed is very comfortable and my husband is 6'2'' and he fit in the shower with no problem, lots of room. The refrigerator is 6 cu feet. Loved the outside grill. It also has an outside shower, microwave oven, furnace, power hitch jack, electric awning 12-14, and many more options.
