2016 Jayco JayFlight 31RKS 2009 Jay Flight 31RKS Nice and surprisingly roomy for the length. Living room has a flip jack sofa and two rocker recliners and a built-in entertainment stand. Living room is in the center of the unit. Kitchen is located in the back on the trailer. Very nice workspace, a Norcold refrigereator, Atwood stove/oven with an exhaust fan and light, a Dometic microwave and a table with 4 chairs. Mini blinds throughout. Bedroom is in the front of the unit, it has a queen size bed with sidetables for your glass of water or book. Built in dresser has a place for the TV, and one of the bedroom windows is an Escape window, should you need it. Bathroom has a separate, doored off area for the commode, glass enclosed shower, sink, vanity and medicine cabinet.There is one slide out on the unit, measuring 12.6 x 3, 4 leveling jacks, 6 gal. Atwood hot water heater, 2 30# propane tanks.
