We bought our wonderful HiLo 2310H 2 years ago from a neighbor who had stored it for 11 years in climate controlled storage. They had driven it from East TN to FL twice, using the campground’s facilities for showering and bathroom. They did not use the kitchen. Due to our health, we have been unable to use the camper and have reluctantly decided to sell.
During the 2 years that we have had her, we have stored her, covered, on our carport. We have used the camper in our backyard for an extra bedroom twice. The shower and potty have been used one time. The stove and heater work well but have never been used. We pulled the camper to the tire store for 5 new 10 ply tires 2 years ago. When we used it as an extra bedroom, it was extremely hot in our area. The air conditioner worked well.
We have added a 3” mattress topper for the queen bed. There are 2 twin sized beds. The camper has an electric tongue lift. The refrigerator/freezer is a good size and has only been used to store water bottles. The 2310H has a small closet using hangers. Other storage is plentiful. It has an outdoor fold down shelf with an electrical outlet. The woodwork is beautiful having been built by the Amish Community.
