The unit has normal wear and tear for the age of the RV. There is some damage from a bad backup to the living room slide. Please check out the photos/video. The interior of the RV is in great condition. Did not notice any funny smells. The master bedroom bed did have stains on the mattress. The generator has been proven, with 275 hours and a fresh oil change.Automatic leveling system: six hydraulic jacks will automatically level the coach in less than 60 seconds. Extra stability. Quick and easy hitching to the tow vehicle.Artic Package: Double pane windows, extra insulation, and Yeti tank heating system.Two heat pump equipped air conditioners. Quiet Landmark ducted AC system.Relaxing electric fireplace also provides adequate electric heat.Combo washer/dryer that affords additional storage room in the laundry closet. Space for hamper basket.In addition to the vent fan in the water closet, a second rain-sensor vent fan was installed in the kitchen ceiling.
