Just replaced tires for the sell tires are at 100%. All of the extras come with this unit. We hate to see it go but due to some things in life we have to move on and let someone else enjoy this toy.
Used 2016 Heartland RV ElkRidge E365. I used this for one month since buying in November of last year. Selling due to personal issues. Went to Ohio and picked up this trailer near Heartland. The trailer comes in a high gloss laminated fiberglass.it has enclosed underbelly, spare, power awning with led lights, detachable cord, aluminum rims, outside speakers, black tank flush, triple step, large refer, night shades, gas/electric dsi water heater, porcelain commode with foot flush, push back recliners, 13k and a 15k air conditioning, painted front cap. Outside fridge with outside shower hookup. There is one issue with the trailer and that is that the water heater won't run of electric the way its supposed to. Not sure if the one year warranty is transferable to get the water heater fixed or not. Everything else works great. Since buying it I installed rods on the bunk beds for curtains. Selling below book value to move it and also because I don't want to mess with the water heater. Please no dealers or resellers wanting to sell it for me. Call for questions.
