Like new, I have hardly used this 5th wheel. It is in excellent condition. Has been stored inside. Highway mileage only. I estimate 2400 miles, tires are like brand new. Due to life changes I need to sell. It has 4 slides, King bed, 4 door fridge/freezer, convection/microwave oven, also has gas range with oven, central vacuum system, porcelain toilet, sink and extra large shower all in one room. 2 A/C units, forced air furnace, washer/dryer hookups, quick and easy to set up hide-a-way bed in couch, pantry in kitchen, lots of cupboards and storage though out, electric fire place, flat screen tv, entertainment center with dvd player, cd or flash drive, am/fm radio and speakers through out inside and external speakers and tv hookup outside, flat screen tv in bedroom, outside shower and many extras that came stock with trailer. Never been smoked in, and has never had pets inside. All appliances and furniture is like new. Will include all hoses, water filter, city pressure relief valve, full propane tanks. Very little use, a few weekends a year and one two week trip since I purchased it new. Everything is in good working order, and includes most everything you could need to get started in RV. Wheel stabilizers, leveling blocks, water hose, waste hoses, Wheel covers, even firewood. We are getting out of RV and don't need the items for another unit. Includes two Triton 6v golf cart batteries freshly charged.This one is ready to go, when you pull it out of the lot.Includes a nice memory foam topper for the king mattress making it sleep better than our 2K home mattress.
