This unit has a rear entertainment area, pop up TV and a fireplace, two heated, message lazy-boys, cd player with Bluetooth and six Bose speakers.In addition this unit has a 5K gas generator with a six 6 volt battery bank & three solar panels. The landing gear and tires were replaced March of 2015 and the toilet August 2015. It does need a few things repaired- a cabinet hinge has broken, an overhead light has burnt, the emergency fire escape window latch will loosen when traveling-not to the point of falling out. A rear side window has a crack--didn't notice until about a year later. One cabinet door has been shattered.It is in very good condition and is ready for the slides to be serviced and tanks flushed.Ford F250 6.7 diesel 2012 available also.
