This 37 foot 2012 Cedar Creek is a one owner that has been very well maintained, very clean, and in very good condition and ready for wintering in Florida. It has an auto leveling system, a Trail Air hitch box, electric awning with metal container, heating units on all the tanks for cold weather use, two thermostat controlled fans with rain censors, an electric fireplace, a hidden 40 inch tv in living area and 26 inch tv in bedroom, a ceiling fan in living area. It has a Trump queen mattress in the bedroom and the couch in living area opens into a queen air mattress that has never been used.
