I am selling my 2012 Forest River (Cardinal 3850RL) that is in great condition. Prior to me purchasing this 5th wheel in April of this year, it had only been used 2x by original owner and garaged. It has a ladder and boat hitch, along with several roomy storage areas under the 5th wheel. Lighted dump station with outside shower, soap dispenser and paper towel holder and the water purifier. There are 4 electric slideouts with awnings as well as electric jacks that can be operated by a remote control or from the control panel inside. An electric patio awning as well for easy use. The inside is where the good stuff is though. It hosts Cherry cabinets, furniture and trim. The interior dÃ©cor is Autumn Paisley loveseat with 2 La-Z-Boy leather recliners to ensure you're comfortable while enjoying the entertainment center that houses the 42" HD TV with surround sound and the electric fireplace. The living area has a ceiling fan and ac/heat pump. Lots of storage in the living area and kitchen. Nice kitchen island that has the double sink facing the living area.
