I personally inspected this motorhome where it is located for the summer at Consecon, Ontario and took most of the pictures and dated them so you can ensure they are current. After talking with the original owners I could quickly tell they have taken top care of their baby and the condition shows. The stove which is a quick telltale of type of use looks like new. This motorhome was one of the top floor plans of the day and came with many features standard and as you can see below the owners have added to that list. Full maintenance records tell the story.

Original Owners description (Ladies perspective)

We Love this 2010 Georgetown 330TS. We are the original owners.

Let me take you on a tour….

The opposing slides in the main salon, are what makes this living area bright, airy and functional. (never have to say … can you move so I can get by?) The dinette is comfortable and newly upgraded with upholstery grade cushions and covers. Across from the double reclining loveseat, you’ll find a leather studio chair and matching ottoman. In this main salon there is an air conditioner, and we’ve installed a Fan-Tastic Fan Ceiling Vent. It is remote controlled and temperature programmable with rain sensor.

Too many people complain about not enough storage in their coach. We have more than we need. When you look at the amount available, you will find it is nicely balanced throughout. Under the dinette seating, is where I store my countertop bling, while we are on the road. It just keeps it all together when setting up after a day’s travel.

The Corian counters are a lovely compliment to the kitchen. We removed the standard factory
mirrors, and replaced them with a textured tin-look backsplash enhancing the other brushed nickel accompaniments in this room. Flush mounted Corian sink and stove top covers, expand the food preparation area significantly. The dual operating (electric/propane) refrigerator is a great size.

The standard TV has been upgraded to a 39 inch LCD , with a sound bar. In the cabinetry below the TV, an electric fireplace has been installed. This offers ambience along with a programmable heater (1500 watts) allowing you to conserve propane.

On into the bathroom. We’ve upgraded from the standard plastic throne to a Dometic porcelain toilet. The counter incorporates a gorgeous glass vessel sink surrounded by abundant cupboards. The original shower doors have been replaced with a curved curtain rod. An upgraded hand-held shower head makes the bathroom experience more functional and luxurious.

The air-conditioned bedroom is nicely sized with a complete walk around queen bed, and an upgraded pillow-top mattress. Two interior lit closets with drawers underneath, and additional storage under the lift up bed platform complete the room.

Upgraded flooring compliments the cherry coloured cabinetry throughout. Carpet has been removed from the driver and co-pilot areas, to offer a clean and durable floor.

The outside slam latch cargo doors, open to large pass through compartments.

This unit is immaculately kept, never smoked in and well maintained.
