Second owner but never used since purchased last month from original owner , excellent condition, non smoking owners. This top of the line Classic Limited Edition 30' was purchased new in April, 2010 from Sky River RV in Paso Robles, CA for well over $80,000 (MSRP was $89,394.00). No damage inside or out, and everything is in good working condition. No stains on carpeting, cushions or flooring, very clean with no odors whatsoever.Top quality amenities include: 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, double sink, refrigerator/freezer, heat pump air and gas furnace, stereo/amp with DVD player and plenty of storage inside and out. Refrigerator still covered with protective plastic cover. Two A/C units, queen master suite, Ultraleather sleeper sofa, and dinette that converts to a bed. Corian countertops, solid hickory cabinets and cedar-lined closet. Hickory sliding doors on either side of the bathroom. One full-length awning, three smaller awnings. Two large (and full!) propane tanks with cover, electric jack. Generator-ready and pre-wired for solar, cable TV, landline telephone and even CB radio. Winegard manual antenna for over-the-air HDTV. Add your own DirecTV receiver or DVR to enjoy full 1080P HDTV anywhere in North America.
