2009 Northwood Nash 27T travel trailer. Great condition, and everything works. Clean Title. We have never had a problem with this trailer.  Excellent heater and air conditioner.  Electric jack and custom extra-large batteries.  This trailer sits very high and comes with 16” wheels and very nice Yokahama tires.  The trailer also comes with a nice external BBQ grill that connects to the onboard propane.  Outdoor shower,  equalizer hitch, anti-sway kit, and 14’ slide.   Call or text mike at 602-859-9306.  I do not need help selling, and serious inquiries only please.  Thank you.

This is a clean 2013 Nash 23D that has been used on one short trip.  Get a late model, like-new quality-built trailer in the most requested layout for HALF the price of new!!This trailer has a large slide-out with a front queen bed, a full-sized kitchen, and rear, dry bath.Nash is made by the same manufacturer that makes Arctic Fox.  These are VERY well constructed, 4-season trailers.We've added a fantastic fan, a power tongue jack, an Equal-i-zer hitch, and 2 large 6 volt batteries.  This unit has fiberglass sides, a diamond plate gravel guard, pass thru storage, A/C and furnace, and an automatic awning.  The queen sized bed has a new 4" memory foam topper.  It is generator-ready, has a large 2 door refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a microwave/convection oven, an AM/FM/CD/DVD player, and a pantry.Dry weight is 4200 pounds, this trailer is 1/2 ton towable and not scary at all to pull.

The Nash 23D is a true 4 season camper. I have had it since new and it has been used 10-12 times otherwise stored indoors in a heated building. I have changed all inside lights to LED and the batteries are always on a maintainer while not in use. The unit has been cleaned and detailed and is ready for the 2017 camping season. It has a gross dry weight of 5310lbs, dry hitch weight of 520lbs, and a max GVWR of 7000lbs which makes it easy to pull with a half-ton truck. I bought a new camper and swapped out the mattresses so this will have a brand new mattress in it. It is generator ready meaning it has a compartment that is ready for a generator it also has an electric awning and lots of storage. I still have the factory build sheet for it and think the only option this unit does not have that was offered was thermal pane windows. This model also has a slideout.
