This Berkshire XLT 43A is a one-owner coach with very low miles.
The generator has a low 514 hours of use.
The last fluid change was January 2023.
The roof was resealed in 2023.
The owner replaced all tires in 2022, and they show little use.
Slide-out awnings were replaced in 2023.
Internal surfaces and finishes were beautiful. The driver and passenger seats show cracking, typical of the year. Some wear on the upholstery was noted; see photos. A small side window blind on one of the slide-outs will need to be re-rolled or replaced.

This coach has the tank capacity and 10.0kW generator power to support long-distance travel and extended time away. Thoughtful design features like extra storage and a bar behind the TVs, an installed safe, pass-through storage with slides, rear and side cameras, and a Winegard receiver make traveling a joy.
The Berkshire is powered by a Cummins ISL 8.9L 450 HP powerhouse. It can tow up to 10,000 lbs and has a fuel capacity of 150 gallons. The chassis is built with Freightliner's UltraSteer tag axle for great handling and tighter turns when needed.
