-Trailer is in excellent shape, with no issues. -Always kept under roof when not in use. -Bonded Aluminium wall construction, no wood junk. -Axles was upgraded from 4400# to 5200# with bigger brakes. -Aluminium wheels, tires are in good shape. -2 bedrooms plus dinette turns in to bed, sleeps easy 6-8 people. -Nice floor plan with one slide -Another bed can be installed if more sleeping area is needed. -First owner.-Indoor and outdoor speakers for entertainment system. -Ducted A/C -Total miles on the trailer is around 8-9K -Outdoor grill hook up -Nice awning -Non smoking -Garage is set up for two motorcycles or golfcart and one bike. -Ramp door for easy loading. We use this as a recreational use, not a full timer. Last year we used 5 times only.

This is a awesome floor model with a full bathroom and wardrobe up front. I bought this from the original owners one year ago who told me they never used it. The first time I dumped the tanks all the cut outs from the original build came out the drain so he was telling me the truth. He bought it for his handicapped wife and spent 2500.00 widening the door into the bathroom. Has a real porcelain toilet with auto flush. I added a 32 inch tv with DVDs player. Also has added shelving and storage. If your looking for a great weekender this is it. It does not fit side by side but will fit 2 quads. It's like new inside and out. Must see to appreciate. Hate to sell but have other priorities that I must take care of.
