For sale a one owner, lightly used and well maitained, no damage history, no leaks 5th wheel RV with rear kitchen.  Some of the many features inclue gas/electric refrigerator, mirowave, 3 burner stove and oven, Corian countertops, ducted airconditoning and heating.  It has built in LED lights, entertainment center, 39" Toshiba TV, Hide-A-Bed Sofa, pleated night shades, ceiling fan and many other interior refinements.  Exterior includes electric awning, electric landing gear, electric stabilizers, aluminum wheels with 16" 10 ply radial tires, nitrogen filled.  Unit has 50 amp electric service, 2 100 watt solar panels, 4  6 volt house batteries and a 1000 watt inverter.  The empty weigh is 8320 lbs and cargo capacity of 3406 lbs, 60 gal fresh water, 100 gal gray water, 50 gal black water and 2  30 lb propane tanks.  It is ideal length of state and national parks and is set up for dry camping, if necessary.  It comes with fresh water and sewer hoses and fittings.  A Honda 2000 portable generator is included.The tow vehicle, a 2013 GMC 2500 HD 4x4 standard cab pickup, 26000 miles, 16,000 lb 5th wheel hitich, in bed plug, brake controller and tow package is also for sale for $23,500.  It is well maintained and in excellent conditioned.  Package price for Wildcat 5th wheel and GMC tow pickup is $44,900.

It's a large unit but the weight is low enough that it still tows very easy with a 3/4 ton pickup. The unit is fully loaded with the larger tank sizes as well, 50 gal fresh, 100 gallon grey and 50 gallon black water tank. Aluminum/fiberglass construction with two slide outs, one for kitchen/living room and one for the master Queen sized bedroom. This unit has the separate kids room or bunkhouse with has 3 bunks, a scissor couch that folds into another bed as well as it's own entertainment center. Great floor plan for Kids!!
