Bought new and have taken meticulous care of the trailer, to include keeping in covered storage while stationed overseas on a 2 year deployment and having it regularly inspected/serviced, having it winterized each year, and having the seals and roof inspected on a regular basis. I am in the military and unfortunately am being stationed overseas again and cannot bring it with me. Unit is a hybrid travel trailer - and includes two queen beds that fold down - one in the front and one in the rear. Unit includes a shower, toilet, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, gas/electric refrigerator, propane oven, heater, air conditioner, propane stove with three burners, propane/electctric water heater, dual propane tanks, exterior shower hose, radio with speakers, awning, and various other features. Will also include the various accessories that we have bought for the trailer to include power cable, sewer hose, fresh water hose(s), camco adaptor to quickly bring down stabilizer jacks with a battery powered drill, etc. For anyone who might be new to the travel trailer life - unit has a black water tank, gray water tank, and separate fresh water tank/pump. Would be happy to give a detailed explanation and tour of the trailer to potential buyer to show the features and operation of all appliances, and what is necessary for normal prventive maintenance and services, etc. Dry weight of trailer is 3,642 lbs, and the trailer can carry an additional 3,730 pounds as payload since it is a dual axle trailer. Handles great on the road due to the dual axle, and due to it's lighter weight can be easily towed without a full size/heavy duty truck. Hitch weight is 372 lbs.
