2010 5th wheel camper for sale. One owner, with very limited uses. Roughly used 2 to 3 times each year. Just recently purchased Class C camper so we are looking to sell our 5th wheel now. The sleeping in this camper is unbelievable. In the rear of the camper it slides out to its on room with door. There is a couch on the floor that folds open to a bed on the floor that will sleep 3 children comfortably, and top bunk that will sleep one. In the back bed room there is also a half bath. In the sitting area there is a dinette that folds down to a bed that will sleep two. At the couch across from the ktichen this area opens into a bed that has a air mattres thats inside that blows up that will sleep two as well. Then as you walk up the steps there is a hall closet for extra supplies on the left and then to the right is the main bath with shower. As you walk passed the bathroom the masterbedroom is up front with closets on each side. There is enormous space underneath for as much storage as you need. The only issue with the camper is that it needs a new awning put on it. Only the viny needs to replaced either we can fix it before we sell it or take money off that can be repaired when new owner takes ownership.

This one owner unit has been well maintained. Awning was recently left out and was torn so would need to be replaced. I am selling this camper only to upgrade to a larger one for my growing family.
