2013 Forest River Wildwood , Selling a Wildwood DLX 400RETS Relocated to Phoenix from Wisconsin. Decided to stay in our RV till we found a house. Took several months but we are finally ready to move. This DLX is in GREAT condition. Full Sized Refrigerator with ice maker, Samsung TV, NEW Awning, water pump and TV antenna. It is turn key...meaning you can move in and you 'll have everything you need....linens, dishes, towels, coffee maker, Tupperware, etc. We even have a desk that we added so I could work my business from home. We made it through the Arizona summer and never broke a sweat in the RV....we are leaving all the foil and shades. We have a window air conditioner that we will include as well. There a few things that need attention: there is a tear in the couch fabric, there is a tear in the wallpaper next to the stove and lastly when we opened the slides, the cabinet door by the fireplace was jammed in and broke the casing of the cabinet. The door itself is unharmed. Just needs a new casing. Other than that, everything is in great condition and works perfectly.
