2013 R-Pod 178 by Forest River RV- Excellent Condition - $12900Very clean smaller RV with wonderful hot water heater, air conditioner and interior heater. The kitchen slide-out makes the interior roomy and functional. Comes with weight distribution/anti-sway hitch that must be adjusted to your vehicle by a professional RV service. This RV comes with an easy-to-attach R-Dome tent screen addition and ground mat. Also comes with all clean, gray and routine water hoses (1 season old); water pressure regulator, power cord adapter, leveling blocks, pump out hose, propane tank and an extra replacement leveling jack. The interior is very clean and comes with the organizing bins under dinette seats. There is a super comfortable Healthy Foundations 3-inch foam pad over the factory mattress. Also included wastebasket, brooms and other misc. gear. Just add dishes and cooking utensils and you are ready to camp. Other R-Pod owners have made incredibly helpful online videos to assist you with easy processes of winterizing and de-winterizing. We do not have interior pictures of the camper as it is still encased in its winter cover. You can find stock pictures of the brown interior online. This camper is super great for a couple because there is a dedicated bed and dining area, so there are no nightly interior adjustments to be made. The R-Pod RP-178 travel trailer by Forest River is a great travel trailer for a couple or a family of four. As you enter the travel trailer, to the left there is a hook up for an entertainment center. The bathroom has a toilet, and a shower. R-Pod Forrest River, Hood River Edition. Unloaded trailer weight 2878, hitch weight 245. his trailer is in great condition inside and out! It is very lightweight, and yet it is still very spacious and functional for your camping needs. It ONLY WEIGHS 2,878 lbs. unloaded! So it can be towed by most any vehicle. It has quality lightweight green conscious construction. Because of its length and ground clearance it will fit in so many places easily, and is very easy to manage while towing and parking. The layout is great with a U-SHAPPED DINING BOOTH that make down into a large bed, or the table folds up or can go outside and you can use the space like a sectional couch. The booth is placed perfectly to view the entertainment center with the flat screen TV. The TV also swivels around the wall to be viewed easily from the master bed. The master bed is queen sized. There are nice windows throughout that make the space bright. All the windows do have night shades to block sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 burner stove, kitchen sink with pull out faucet, microwave/convection oven, and 3 way fridge/freezer (works on propane, electric, and battery). The modern earthy interior is very nice, with vinyl flooring throughout for easy clean up, and the warm wood tones throughout and oil rubbed bronze fixtures make the space simply beautiful. The bathroom is nice and private with RV shower, corner sink, large fan, and commode all in one private room. There are nice cabinets throughout the trailer for good storage space; there is maximum storage with space for luggage under the bed, and lots of space under the big booth. There is also SO MUCH OUTDOOR STORAGE with 2 large cargo bays. It has a nice air-conditioner, and furnace. This trailer also comes with the original R-Dome SCREEN ROOM that attaches to the side to double your living space.

Selling our 2014 RP-178, low miles, clean. Has power tongue jack and 4" riser; asking $11,700. A couple of relatively minor mods go with the trailer. The 2-burner cook top was replaced with a cutting board but original burner. which has never been used comes with the trailer. New battery at the beginning of 2015 season, it is on a charger in the garage for the winter. Take a close look at the pictures. For anyone who might be new to this model or travel trailer camping. This "tear drop" trailer is made by Forest River. It is about 2700 pounds empty. The dinette converts to a sleeping area in the front of the trailer. There is a short queen bed in the rear of the trailer. There is one slide that has the kitchen in it. There is a bath / shower combination. This is full feature trailer with many features that aren't typically found in this price range.
