2016 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2504S. Convenience Package A includes: Tinted safety glass, microwave, 24" LCD TV with CD/DVD player, upgrated to 15,000 BTU ducted AC, 17 foot electric awning, spare tire with cover, 6 gallon DSI gas/eletric hot water heater, outside propane grill with quick connect (never been used), outside speakers with TV mount and cable jack. Sapphire Package includes: Oyster smooth fiberglass exterior, bonded frameless tinted windows, aluminum wheels, Driftwood cabinets and Sydney interior color package. Length is 25'9" with a dry weight of 4846. Holding tanks are 43 gallon fresh water, 30 gallon grey water and 30 gallon black water tanks. I special ordered this RV with the following factory added options: Convenience Package A (listed above), Sapphire Package (listed above), Night shades, power tongue jack, gas oven, raised panel refrigerator front, heated holding tanks, 15,000 BTU ducted AC, 17 foot power awning, topper awning on the slide out, rear ladder, removable counter top extension, TWO Maxxair ventilation fans with vent cover (one in the bathroom and one over the front bed), heated mattress, water filter, four power stabilizer jacks. This is a list of stuff I have added after I bought the RV that is uncluded with the sale: I replaced the 24" inside TV with a 32" Vizio and now use the 24" TV solely on the outside, Winegard Carryout G2 automatic satellite dish, Husky Center Line weight distribution hitch, Tekonsha Prodigy wireless brake controller ( you will not have to install a brake controller on your vehicle), Ultra-Fab Ultra Leveling blocks, Sony Blueray player, two-Dish VIP 211 receivers, TadiBrothers four camera system with a 10" monitor. (two rear-height adjusted and two side cameras. I have not installed this system but it is included with the purchase. So far I have the rear cameras suction cup mounted to the inside rear facing window, thats as far as I've gotten), Swiffer mop, Dirt Devil vaccum (this isn't a built in), LED lights in the pantry, FloJet Macerator Pump, two- white fresh water hoses with plastic storage box, two-grey water hoses ( think six foot and twenty five feet) with plastic storage box, extra 30 foot 30amp extension cord with a plastic storage box, two- 10' Dominator sewer hoses each with a plastic storage box, a pair or BAL X-Chock wheel chocks for when your at a steep angle with a plastick storage box and a couple more empty plactic boxes. All of the boxes stack neatly under the dinette and are accessed from an outside storage door. I also added a trailer hitch with a four way flat plug to tow a light trailer (I tow a single Jet Ski) or a bike or cargo rack.
