MODEL 246RLBS. This gorgeous Fifth Wheel is in excellent condition. It's still so nice, I was tempted to describe it as "like new". It has all you'd expect in a lightweight, Fifth Wheel RV. (1) Two Recliners, which, as best I can tell, are leather. If not leather, then it fooled me. (2) Wood dining table and real chairs, not cheap couch-type dining seats. (3) Sleeps four with the futon couch and 6 with two kids in the recliners. (4) Has a built in Flat screen and audio system. (5) All kinds of storage, including a nice BR dresser and closet. (6) Wood-grain fridge/freezer doors + stainless stove and microwave oven. (7) A/C and slide-outs work great, as I tried them out at the dealer. (8) The feature I like most is that the shower, toilet, and bath sink are all separate for ultimate flexibility. One person can be washing their hands while another is taking a shower, etc. (9) Upscale items, such as the elegant ceiling fan. (10) Two slide-outs: Den and BR.. . . and more features I can't list, but one I recall is power front and rear leveling jacks. (NOTE: I didn't know this unit's height; so I did not list, but this is evident from the photos. Plenty of head room inside for those of normal height.)In summary, this is a VERY NICE FIFTH WHEEL RV in splendid condition. Comes with new cover and brand new implements, such as the never-used sewer hose, fresh water hose, etc. I might also throw in a Fifth Wheel hitch that's only been used once. Here's the story: A reputable dealer had this on its lot, apparently as a trade-in from a military vet who took special care of it. The dealer inspected and prepped it, then I bought it to spend time outdoors with a future wife. I then purchased all new implements, including cover, hitch, etc. Then, the future wife became an ex-girlfriend! I DID NOT USE THIS RV EVEN ONCE. I only transferred it from the dealer lot, and it now happily sits covered in the shade behind one of my homes in central Alabama. It's located just a few minutes off a popular I-65 exit, less than 30 minutes south of Montgomery, Alabama. NADA values it at between $23,000 and $28,000, without the new cover, implements, etc. I WILL SELL THE ENTIRE PACKAGE FOR JUST $24,990 CASH . . . AND THAT'S FIRM. 2015 Forest River Heritage Glen 312QBUD, I do not need help selling it nor will I take PayPal. If you can't come look at it then do not contact me. The transaction will be completed by my credit union overseeing the deal. There will be a power cord, sewer hose and water hose included. It is a 30 amp unit. We only used it four times and those were all local trips. And we had it at RV City for Mardi Gras but only used it a few times there, as well. We have not been able to use it as much as we wanted so that is why we are selling it. 35ft overall, 7,600 pounds dry weight The Wildwood Heritage Glen 312QBUD travel trailer by Forest River offers double slides and a rear bunk house. As you enter the travel trailer, to the left is a double kitchen sink, three burner range, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry. With plenty of other cabinet and drawer space. The other side has a slide with a tri-fold sofa and u-dinette with storage drawers under each and overhead cabinets a over the sofa. Next to the dinette is a wardrobe with a deep closet and deep shelves. In the front of the living/kitchen area is a nice entertainment center. There is an electric remote controlled fireplace under the 40 inch LED TV. The TV also swivels around to the master bedroom. It has a dvd/radio system and the radio can be played inside and outside. The front bedroom has a queen bed with a nightstand on one side of the bed with a shorter wardrobe and a larger wardrobe on the other side. There is a deep overhead storage and plenty of storage under the bed. The room has doors and not a curtain for privacy. As you proceed toward the rear of the travel trailer, the bathroom is on the left. Inside the bathroom there is a tub, sink with cabinet, medicine cabinet and toilet. You will also find a private entrance outside from the bathroom. The bunk house has a bunk bed slide on one side. The other side has a nice size wardrobe with ladder and entertainment area for a TV with a bunk above the wardrobe. There is a door and not curtains for privacy, also. There are plenty of overhead cabinets throughout the travel trailer as well as a large pass thru storage area. Attached to the back bumper is a swivel gas grill and an exterior kitchen with a sink and refrigerator. It has plenty of outside cabinet space.
