The living room separates the kitchen from the 1/2 bath, preferable for cleanliness reasons (bathroom is NOT next to the kitchen). Bedroom has KING bed with tons of storage and a big 32" TV. Windows on each side of the bed for cool fresh night air. Large rear bathroom DOUBLE vanity sinks and shower skylight. 2 bathrooms so double the usual size in terms of tank capacity. BONUS: comes with a Splendide 201XC washer/dryer. Full sized refrigerator, black LG solid surface counters, black glass tile backsplash, double stainless steel sink. 3 burners on the stove plus a roomy oven. Microwave is full sized. Exterior propane hookup for a portable BBQ. The large electric awning. Outdoor HUGE TV with BIG SPEAKERS.
