This super nice Forest River Ultra Lite RV trailer is just the right size for those looking for a spacious unit yet light weight (aluminum framed) trailer. This RV has lots of room inside with sleeping options at either end of the RV. Inside features: walk around queen bed, twin rear double bunk beds, dinette sleeper, 3 burner cooktop with oven and microwave with vent hood, double door refrigerator/freezer, AM/FM/CD player with inside/outside speakers, air conditioning and furnace, bath with spacious glass enclosed shower, vanity and toilet, mini blinds throughout and lots of cabinets for a variety of different storage needs. The queen bed has spring lift access which provides additional storage under the bed. Outside features: large patio awning, pass through screen door, spare tire at rear, easy access dual propane tanks, manual leveling jacks, 40 gal fresh water tank, 35 gal gray waste water, 35 gal black waste water, easy flip switch for hot water access, three spacious pass through exterior storage cabinets and 15 inch chrome rims with like new radial tires. Accessory equipment included in price: multiple ball size hitch, complete sway bar hookup, new spare tire with lock and cable security, tire covers when RV not in use, 5 foot ladder for RV roof/AC access, and all electrical hook-ups and extension cords required for RV parks and other campground sites. The new owner will be ready to go RV'ing once he hooks up unit to his truck. This RV is super clean and well maintained as you will find for resale. This 2012 model was purchased new in 2011 by the original owner. We are the second owners and purchased the unit in May 2013.
