The only two things that do not work is the microwave and the washing machine. This Fifth Wheel has been used very little. Older couple that can no longer travel. Perfectly Maintained, Very Clean, Non Smoking, No pets and clear title in hand. Everything inside and out is basically like new. It has always been stored in covered parking.
