The kids will get excited about this Forest River Catalina 323BHDS travel trailer bunkhouse unit and mom and dad will like the dual entry doors, dual slides for added space, plus a fireplace!As you enter the main entry door towards the front you will immediately notice the front bedroom with queen size bed. Inside find dual wardrobes for storage, overhead cabinets and storage under the bed and a flat screen TV. This master suite has a full lockable door.Just outside the bedroom is an entertainment center with a multi media sound system which controls speakers inside and out separately and flat screen TV on swing arm with fireplace below. You can enjoy the ambiance provided in the combined kitchen and living area with a fold out sofa with under storage and large u-shaped dinette with more storage under the seats. In the kitchen you will have no trouble preparing yummy meals and snacks for your family. There is a double door refrigerator/freezer, range with oven and three burner cooktop, microwave oven, and a double sink. There is also plenty of storage both above and below the counter area. A pantry for dry good storage is located just off the dinette slide just outside the bunkhouse door.The bathroom offers a tub/shower with sky light above, toilet and a sink with medicine cabinet above with exhaust fan. Plus you have direct access to the outdoors with a second entry door which is great when spending time outside. This is a big help in keeping the inside floors clean. Last, but not least is the spacious bunkhouse that the kids will absolutely love. There is a COA Cube futon that folds out and can sleep two with a flip up bunk bed above. On the left is a loft bed, wardrobe, and entertainment center with TV making the perfect hangout for the kids movie watching or gaming. Also a lockable sliding door.On the exterior there is front pass-through storage for all your outside gear. In the rear, you have a convenient outside kitchen with refrigerator, slide out Coleman cooking grill, sink, cabinets and drawers. On the opposite side is an outside shower and all your hookups for electric, water and sewage.Camper includes 3 TVs, 2 Propane Tanks, Power Awning, Power Tung Jack. I'll also throw in a Equal-i-zer Sway Control Hitch if it will work for your tow vehicle. Makes towing so much better. Keep cool with the 15 BTU ducted a/c. Heating runs on propane.This unit is very clean. Only used in Florida. One owner. No smoking. It has been DURATAIN treated which protects the exterior siding, the undercarriage, the awning and treats all the interior furniture. There is also transferable extended coverage good till the end of 2018 on tires, mechanical and electrical issues and more.This package comes with a lot for the money. Only selling because the kids have grown and don't camp with us as often, so we are moving into something different.
