Normal wear and tear best describes this 2016 fifth-wheel toy hauler. Although the slide-out flooring is relatively new, the covering on the exterior underside of the slide-out appears to be stretched from its anchor point. There is also a wrinkle in the rear side panel above the wheel well and next to the rear entrance door. It appears the sofa upholstery needs to be repaired in places or replaced. Although a dog traveled with the owners occasionally, the interior had no detectable pet odor. Has two slides,a kitchen island, two entrance doors, and a rear bunk house. As you enter the Kodiak Ultimate 276bhsl, to the left is a slide with a refrigerator, microwave, three burner stove, and overhead cabinet. There is a nice size pantry for food items. On the opposite side of the trailer the slide has a dinette and a sofa with overhead storage. The entertainment area can easily be seen from main living area. In the middle of the kitchen there is an island with double sink. The rear of trailer has a pair of bunk beds. Next to the bunk beds is a storage closet for your clothes. The bathroom is also in the rear. Inside the bathroom there is a sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, and tub with a skylight. There is also a private entrance door in the bathroom which leads outside. The front bedroom has a queen bed with wardrobes on either side and overhead storage. Outside has lots of storage with huge pass through area in the front of the trailer.
