Camper is great shape and comes with many extras that a new owner would have to buy separately if buying from a dealer please see the pictures. The bunkhouse layout of this RV is ideal for families or a couple wanting extra room for extended traveling. Has plenty of room inside and out with three slides and electric awning, outside kitchen with refrigerator and grill. The two left slides have awning covers and there is a ladder for roof access, also has spare tire mounted on back. Entertainment system inside and out. Three MAXAir vent fans, one in bath, one in master bedroom, and one in bunkhouse. Inside kitchen has solid surface countertops with an island sink. The couch is comfortable and makes into a bed. There is an amazing amount of storage in this trailer, we have never run out of room even when traveling with 4 ladies! Trailer pulls very well, I have pulled it with a Dodge half ton truck with the 5.7 Hemi and never felt it was not enough truck, even when pulling in the mountains of Tennesee. Ultra lightweight, 3 slides, separate bunk house, outdoor kitchen. Lots of room and easy to tow! Extended 5 year warranty, transferable to new owner. Less than a year old! Bought this travel trailer new, to live in while we built a house on a piece of land, but ended up buying land with a house. Now we no longer need the unit and you can benefit from the savings and improvements to the unit. Trailer was lived in by 2 non-smoking adults and it was well taken care of. We lived in it from 9/20/2015 to 5/16/2016, so just under 8 months. It was pulled from the dealer to an RV site in Georgia and then pulled from Georgia to our new home in Tennessee, so the unit has less than 300 miles on it.
