We have a 28 ft Coleman RV with slide for sale. Already set up in campground in Mount Airy, NC on a large, corner seasonal waterfront lot. Purchased last year. All inclusive! We just paid seasonal lot rent/fees of $1,940 for the season which is 04/01/17 - 10/31/17. You'll be responsible for metered electric bill each month. Campground has 3 pools, snack bar and 3 catch and release stocked ponds. All inside items (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) incuded as well. It took us all of last season to stock camper with everything we needed for a great camping experience. Everything you need is already there. Electric weedeater with mowing deck and battery blower included to keep site neat and tidy or you can pay owner nominal fee to take care of monthly. Lease can be transferred with campground owners' approval and newly signed lease in your name. Nice, quiet campground.
