This unit is truely in like new condition, the generator has 1.2 hours, the appliances show no signs of ever being used and the exterior is absolutely immaculate. We are pricing this unit below low retail with no ads for options. A little info about Advanced RV. We are basically a small hobby dealership. My wife and I started out buying an RV or two a year for our own personal use then selling them at the end of the season. We still buy every unit as if we were going to be using it personally. We try to buy only super clean low use units, but if we do buy something with a cosmetic or mechanical issue or two we believe those issues should be fully disclosed and reflected in the price. We have spent our fair share of wasted days going to see some rv that was supposed to be super nice only to arrive and figure out that the unit was totally misrepresented with no regard to the time and money required to make the trip. We may possibly be open to some trades but please keep in mind that we price our units aggressively and do not build in a huge price cushion, so if you are upside down in your current RV we won't be able to help. This is a NO TAX 10 month old unit deal. This 2015 Dutchman Voltage 3970 Epic IV Series has already been checked out and had any factory build issues taken care of under warranty. The unit has also been completely set up for dry camping with an Aims 4000 watt Pune Sine Wave inverter/charger and 4 Interstate GC@-XHD-UTL Golf cart 6 volt batteries and 2 160 watt roof mounted solar panels with an expandable set up for 6 more panels. The inverter/charger has been completely rewired with heavy gauge cooper wire for hi output 150amp charging and I also added an automatic gen start so you never have to think about the power system. The unit also includes a Dish satellite dome mounted on the roof that is connected to all 4 TV’s. We have installed an extended swing out shower curtain bar for additional room while showing and custom towel racks. We have also redesigned the storage area in the lower front to add an additional 18” of storage area which has been a great bonus for all of our storage items. We have a PullRite 5th wheel slide hitch available for an additional $2,200 (value with Ford attachments $3,900). An 11” garage, a rear patio manual pull down screen, portable rear gate steps and plenty of room for family and friends, this Voltage is ready to take your fun up a notch! Once your toys are removed from the cargo you can drop down the electric bunks for more sleeping space (upper bunk has a new queen mattress), or 2 couches and table in the lower unit. There is a 32" TV, plus a 40" X 48" twin bed loft that overlooks the main room that the kids will certainly enjoy. Two 13,500 AC units front and rear and one 15,500 AC unit in the center area that keeps this unit cool on the hottest Arizona days! Step inside the kitchen from the cargo area. 2014 Dutchmen Voltage 3970, This Voltage was traded in to a local BMW Dealer here in Wilmington NC. We were told that it appeared brand new. I went and looked at it and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it look brand new, it smelled brand new. We bought it from them and during our checking out of the trailer have come to the conclusion that if it was used it was used very little. The generator has no time on it there are no scratches or smells and everything works like it is supposed to. The awnings were never rolled out and the refrigerator has no marks inside as if a can was left in there. This trailer is big and it has a lot of options. Washer/Dryer prep, 4 TVs, 4 door refrigerator, 10 gallon gas/elec. water heater, 3 awnings, party deck on the rear fold down door, loft for sleeping, power bed in the rear and powered dinette with recliner, blu ray disc player, surround sound stereo with subwoofer, Convection microwave, leather furniture, Auto leveling jacks (6). 3 slide outs, frameless windows, central vacuum, battery disconnect switch. Onan Generator, 3 Air conditioners, multiplex and remote control for awnings, LED lights, 3 axels, tub/shower, twin recliners. I cant think of an option it doesn't have.
