We purchased this camper new in Aug 2011. It is in great condition having been stored indoor and out of the weather. New batteries installed in July 2016. Optional equipment include factory installed Onan generator, Awning over Slide out, 20" A/C-DC LED TV w/DVD Player. The camper also comes with a very comprehensive transferrable extended warranty good until 8/11/18. We have been very pleased with the quality of this camper. We have only experienced 1 problem and that was with the refrigerator. The extended warranty covered replacement. So, the refrigerator is updated and less than 1 year old.I will also include the Torklift Frame Mounted Tiedowns and SpringLoad XL Turnbuckles. This is a "barely used" 2012 Arctic Fox 811 Truck Camper (Northwood Manufacturing). I purchased this very clean unit from Princess Craft RV (Round Rock, TX). They had sold the 811 camper to the original owners in Austin who used it 3 times (Yes ....3 Times). The owners decided that they did not like utilizing a truck camper for vacation purposes... and sold it to me (on consignment) back thru the original dealer (Princess Craft). I had the dealer make a few upgrades (including installing a brand new $800 satellite dome TV unit). After purchasing this Arctic Fox, I had it shipped to North Texas, and immediately put it under a full cover. Wound up selling my West Texas ranch .... so never used this unit (All Aluminum Sub-Structure). This unit comes rigged with brand new turnbuckles, as well as new anchors. Nice HD TV (in a stable strap configuration). I had this 811 winterized prior to storage, so it is well preserved. It includes an electric slide-out (per the model).
