2008 Keystone Fuzion 362, My family has outgrown our tow vehicle, so we are transitioning to a motorhome. As far as I can tell, we are the third owner. Before I list all its features, let me tell you WHY you might want this trailer: - You like to be self-reliant. Toyhaulers are designed to be off the grid, and this one is no exception. 5 kW gas generator and big water tanks means you can get out on a moment's notice and stay out for days. - You want flexibility. The garage is the ultimate configurable space. Ours has been a bunkhouse, Santa's sleigh, a dressing room, a playroom, a fort, storage, a nursery, and a dining room. It has held almost everything except toys. 4 kids = no big boy toys...worth it. I did transport a gun safe once, and the tie downs worked great. - There are beds for 8: master queen, loft short queen, and two drop down queens in the garage. There is also room on the garage floor for an additional queen mattress. - You have a wide range of temperatures in mind. We have survived everything from 96F in Florida summer to 10F in a South Dakota truck stop (with a 2-yr old sleeping in the garage). Here is a basic feature list: - Onan Marquis gold 5kW gas generator, 30 gal fuel tank w/ pump - Three (!) 30# propane tanks - Large through-storage compartment - Two AC units - Airborne kingpin. - Two 43-gal gray water tanks - 43-gal black tank - 139-gal fresh tank - Security/activity lights on all sides - Slide awnings - Interior "surround sound" and subwoofer. Exterior speakers work well too. 32-in (or so) flat screen TV, DVD player, and radio. - Built-in "custom" water shelf (24 gal jugs) and two storage shelves in garage - Table/chairs, really comfy couch Condition: This trailer has been used, but not abused. As with all older trailers, there are a number of small things going on. A few burnt out light bulbs, iffy DVD player, peeling decals, some underbody damage from a blow-out, front storage compartment leaks a bit when it rains, etc. I have never had an interior leak and the roof seals are good. You may see the underbelly dropped in a couple pics...it is now back in place. If you want an affordable, flexible, self-reliant trailer with all its major components working properly, let's talk. I have put literally thousands of dollars into some major stuff over the last 3 years: Serviced AC, furnace, fridge, water heater Replaced generator carburetor ($500) due to previous owner letting it sit with ethanol gas. I use non-ethanol when I can get it, always add Stabil, and try to run it at least once a month. Replaced generator fuel pump/filter ($200) Replaced brakes ($1,200) Fixed black tank valve three times (poor mechanic first/second time, third time my son put a soda can down the toilet - $1,600) Roof treatment/seal check Replaced converter/battery ($500) $28,799.00
