We purchased this new on 03/20/2015. Super clean, non smokers, no pets, used only five times. Always stored inside pole barn. We purchased a 5 year warranty ( 3 years left) that is transferable to the new owner for a service charge. Upgraded batteries last year to bigger amp hours. This Montana High Country 318RE has three slide outs and weighs only 9520lbs dry weight. This model also has the radius interior roof for more headroom in the master bedroom, it has the frameless tinted safety glass windows, the high gloss Grey exterior and it's a 100" wide body. It has a walk around queen bed slide in the master bedroom with a full height double door wardrobe in the front that's been prepped by the factory for a washer and dryer. It has a LCD TV in the master bedroom and a double dresser at the foot of the bed. The bathroom is very unique in this model. It's considered a walk through, but when you shut both pocket doors it makes a large private bath area. It has a full size 30"x50" shower that's big enough for (2) people to stand in. The shower has a built in seat. Across from that is a private toilet room with a sink, vanity and medicine cabinet. This floor plan has 2 large opposing slides which makes the living area huge. Another nice feature is the refrigerator, which is a large 4 door and is located in the corner behind the bathroom wall which gives you access with all slides closed and you can still access the bathroom as well. The slide that's on the off door side has the (3) burner stove top with cover, the oven and the microwave oven with an exhaust hood. It also has a kitchen Island with large double sink with pull out faucet and several cabinets and drawers. Towards the end of that slide is the hide-a-bed sleeper sofa. Across from that is the super slide which has the free standing dinette with (4) chairs and the (2) leather Lane rocker recliners. In the rear of the coach is the entertainment center with a LCD TV blue tooth stereo and below that, the electric fireplace. It also has a built in desk to the right with an extra high back chair. This has the new 4 point LCI automatic leveling system that makes leveling a breeze. It also has the power awning with LED light strip. This honestly, is a very beautiful coach inside and out.
