The video linked below shows everything that will stay in the trailer. We've never had any leaks from the outside of the home. We have had a couple leaky pipes under sinks, etc. They have been repaired, as well as the damage the leaks caused. Original awning was ripped off during a windstorm in April. Brand new awning installed professionally ($2,000 job) June of this year.
