We purchased it from a dealer in March, and have only used it few times. There are no leaks and the roof is in fantastic shape. The wheels were replaced new in July and the bearings were all repacked and adjusted (only a couple hundred miles since). The slideout and power awning can be controlled with the included wireless remote. This unit is ready to head to the campground! It comes with everything you need including levelers and wheel chocks.
